Ratings and Reviews
Logs out every time/ logins one out of 10 attempts
New login is awful the app requires it EVERY time you open it. To make it worse it logs in via browser and works one out of 10 time. Worst customer experience. Would such it in a heartbeat if I did not have 4 of their cameras already. Still considering replacement though.
Also many UI inefficiencies. Why this app does not work in portrait?!
Overall OK, but needs improvements
First and foremost, make the app work in portrait mode. It is extremely annoying to always have to use it in landscape.
Add 3D touch actions to the app icon (i.e. turn event alerts on/off; Camera 1 live feed, Camera 2 live feed).
Add iOS widget with direct camera live feed (of course it will only work when the user has authenticated with Face ID / Touch ID).
Improve the smart location / event alerts. I'm often getting notifications that my iPhone's location couldn't be determined when I go outside. And all settings are set correctly (location always allow, background refresh on, notifications on, etc).
Make a gesture to switch cameras quickly.
Make Apple Watch app with live feed functionality.
Background app refresh
Background refresh of the app is missing therefore smart location is not working!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Please fix this - camera is worth 150€ and it is not usable!!!

Hi there, We have identified some of the issues which causes the alert notification & smart location failures and provided fixes in our beta version of the app (3.5.4.66). A couple of customers confirmed it to be working, we would like to get your feedback on this. Can you please go to this link (https://testflight.apple.com/join/3arhifZY) and follow the instructions provided on that page to install the beta version. After installing the beta version (3.5.4.66), please check if you're getting the event alerts as expected with a snapshot (if you have Event Alerts enabled it). Also, if you use Smart Location, check if it is working properly. If the app works as expected, update your feedback here. If you face any issues, please reach out to circleteam@logitech.com, we will work with you to troubleshoot further.
