Awesome App and Support
I had a small issue, forgot to enable my account, but the support team answered my ticket in less than 5 minutes and helped me! 5 mins for support in 2021 is unheard of, usually it takes other companies weeks…
As soon as they add family sharing so me and my wife can actually use the app for budgeting I will find a way to give them a 10 star review <3

Lost all my data for the last two years
Such a terrible experience. My app started crashing two days ago, I waited and waited - no luck starting it, and then reinstalled it. Apparently if you do that, you lose all your data! After the app was fixed and started working again, all my data was gone, all my personal settings, my categories, my budgets, my goals. Everything. Apparently, the user has the sole responsibility to MANUALLY back up his data. Who does that in 2019? And after you remove the app from your device to install it again, all the data is deleted! Noone even warns you! No popups, no red flags, nada. So here we are, thank you Money Coach, for taking my money (I have a premium account) and setting me up for bitter disappointment.
Not working as expected
When I setup the application on both iPhone (iOS) and Macbook (macOS) with enabled iCloud sync, data for Daily Limit on macOS app is different from iOS (iPhone). The support told me that the discrepancy happens because month start date is different on both of the devices and this is because I should change my salary date settings in the iOS app. How I'm supposed to know this when iCloud sync is enabled. It should sync everything. I paid a lifetime subscription and now I got a refund because I can't relay on such application. I paid only because I wanted to use It on both iOS and macOS devices but when the data is not synced correctly I don't want to use It.
