Моят А1 е първото приложение за смартфони на българския пазар за телекомуникации и е напълно безплатно. Налично е за клиенти на А1 България на абонаментен, предплатен или бизнес план. Работи с автоматично разпознаване на мобилния номер, през който използвате приложението или през Моят А1 профил, ако искате да управлявате всичките си услуги от едно място. Достъпно е на български и английски език, като дава възможност за персонализация на неговото меню. Можете да го използвате през мобилна мрежа и Wi-Fi през смартфони и таблети с операционна система iOS. Използваният от приложението трафик на данни се заплаща според условията на Вашия тарифен план.

Follow your current bill and the remaining usage for minutes, MB and SMS

View and add add-ons and additional packages with TV channels, minutes, MB and SMS that are available for your tariff plan
Top-up credit for A1 prepaid service via your invoice
Search information and find the nearest A1 store
Activate/deactivate roaming service, check and change your roaming tariff plan and additional package, manage your DRT limit
Review the offers in our e-shop and A1 club
Add and manage all your services via My A1 profile using your security code

My A1 is the first mobile application for telecom services on the Bulgarian market. It is available for A1 customers using postpaid, prepaid or business plan. It supports automatic recognition of the mobile number or you can enter into My A1 profile if you want to manage all your services from a single place. My A1 has two language versions – Bulgarian and English. You can use the app via mobile or Wi-Fi network, both on smartphones and tablets with iOS. The traffic used by the application is charged as per your tariff plan.

Relatively good

Most of the features are simply to find, but some are so deeply buried in submenus that it is impossible to be found. For example simple technical question, like: what kind of module (k module it appears to be) should my tv support, in order to be able to receive directly digital tv, and to avoid second remote control?
Otherwise, especially for paying bills, it is very easy to operate.

Beta Version

This is web api based app. A1 employee told me it’s still being developed while working on issues. The app constantly fails on multiple issues and although support is working and fixing them, an untested and unfinished app is not supposed to be out there creating even more frustration for customers that, from my experience, are already frustrated. Be ready to work with support if you want all features that the app can provide and do not count on issue-free interface and interaction if you do not have a rock solid Internet access at the time of use. The app still gets forever if your request for info does not get replied from A1 servers immediately. There are still major bugs in the app that no one knows that exists. The most common is with new number/service after being added nothing is listed and manageable for it until support manually fixes it.

Access when connected to Wi-Fi

The problem to access the app when connected to Wi-Fi is very irritating, as you have to log in most of the times. When connected to 4G you are not asked to log in. Can’t you fix this issue? Otherwise the app is fine.
