MultiSport goes digital!
*Please note that this app is in early access. You might experience temporary issues while visiting facilities and registering the visit digitally. In such a case please do not hesitate to contact us.
Also when you activate virtual card your plastic MultiSport card cannot be used anymore.
Switch to a virtual card in the application and use just a QR code to check in at sports facilities.
Here is how:
Create a profile on MyMultiSport, or if you are already registered, simply log in to your account
Verify your mobile number
Upload a picture of yourself
Generate a QR code and gain digital entry to all MultiSport facilities!
Find your sport and the place to be active!
The application allows you to find all locations where you can use your MultiSport card.
Browse various sports facilities and discover YOUR place to do sports.

No smart watch support!
To the developers and the product owners:
Make it work with smart watches, otherwise it’s not big of a difference to have my phone out of the pocket. Not only that, but it also regenerates QR codes periodically which prevents the use of alternative wallet apps that actually support smart watches. Considering that I am now finding it more inconvenient to use compared to how it was before.
Don’t install that app. You will lose access to your cards - both the digital and the plastic one.
While a digital card was indeed a good idea - and everyone seems to migrate to digital platforms - the app is just plain bad. And it was a bad idea to deactivate the plastic card when adding it to this app. If you can’t log in - which will happen at some point - you won’t be able to use neither the plastic card, nor the digital one. Does not include MultiSport Kids, so it’s even more useless than expected. The map is the only useful thing (and you could’ve found that on the Benefit Systems website). Registration takes a couple of tries and even if you do somehow register after the countless pointless error messages, for no apparent reason you won’t be able to either add your photo, or your phone, or the MultiSport card in general. The only thing salvaging this app is the Benefit Systems support agents.
The worst app I’ve used
I rarely write reviews but this app was so bad that I couldn’t help myself. It didn’t accept any of the photos I was uploading & was constantly indicating that there was either no face or my face was too small. The photos were completely fine. When it finally accepted a photo, it cropped it in such a way that you could only see my mouth & of course the gym I go to declined verifying my identity. Please invest more resources to create an app that is actually usable.
