Hi, I like the app overall and it is really intuitive and simple. There is however one small thing which you may consider for your next update. If you have a data plan with international and local data in the main screen you only see the international plan. I would like to have the option to choose which data plan appears in the main screen so I can look it up at a glance without going to a submenu.

Totally useless app - problem after problem
The app is as useless as calling the Telenor support line. If you try to pay your bill trough the app - good luck with that! It won’t let you do it unless you wait for 30 minutes because the app cannot refresh the information about payment. Total tragedy! I wish you cared more about your customers Telenor!
Now I see it is not only a problem of mine! Hundreds of people are experiencing the same problem and what you are doing is nothing. Nothing has changes since last year - people with same problem are writing again and again. This is absurd! I am waiting for a response! It is a shame that I cant rate the app with no stars! One star is way too much for what you offer in this app.

It was good for a while
I loved this app. Until I had to change my credit card. Now I can’t pay through the app anymore because every time I want to add the new card there is an error “You have unpaid bills”. Ofc... that’s why I am trying to pay them!!! I couldn’t pay my last bill online too because the problem is still there. I can’t pay the bill at a physical place because I should stay at home. So now I don’t have outgoing calls... Steps to reproduce -> add card, pay, remove card, try to pay again selecting the option “new card”. I really hope you fix this! No, reinstalling the app does not help!
