Hello,
I would like to know the reason why your platform has been on the Bulgarian market for so long, but does not offer
Bulgarian subtitles?
You offer subtitles in all kinds of other languages, including quite a few Slavic ones.
On the other hand, interest in Netflix in our country is quite high, and among intelligent and educated people. Providing a Bulgarian translation in a marketing plan would even increase the number of subscribers, as well as your competitiveness to platforms such as Apple TV+, HBO Max, SkyShowtime, which took this step long ago.
Last but not least, I will recall the historical fact that Bulgaria gave the written language to all Slavic peoples.
We are also part of European Union, NATO and Schengen.
I hope you have a good reason for this policy. Otherwise, it is simply DISCRIMINATION against Bulgarian users.

Saved account feature please
Hello.
I was just wondering if you’d add the saved account feature like on Instagram where even when you’ve deleted the app when you download it again your account stays saved so you wouldn’t have to log in again every time? I mean it’s not the end of the world but it’s just because of storage problems I find myself deleting and installing apps all the time and that feature of the account staying saved would save me some time.

Subtitles are over the picture, that’s not a great experience
The app is ok, I was just wondering why the subs are over the picture instead of being displayed on the unused black are under the picture.. That way they will be more readable as well. A feature to watch two subtitle streams would be useful for me as I am learning a new language.
