There’s a really good product selection at reasonable prices but none of the products have their full ingredients listed. You should really consider adding this information!
Disappointing customer care
If you do not complete your order immediately, you will receive an email notification that your items await you. Indeed, they do. But if you qualified for a promotion and you selected what gift you want, this choice is not saved. And if you do not notice and complete the order, you will not get your gift. If you contact their team, they will tell you that there is nothing they can do. And when you tell them how disappointing this reaction is and that you will not be purchasing from them anymore, they will not even reply because they don’t care. You are just of the many customers who apparently is not that important.
App is not functioning properly
This app has lots of issues - it won’t post my product reviews and last time it didn’t register my card payment so I had to speak to Customer support to sort it out. If you are going to buy something from Notino, better use the desktop website to be on the safe side.
