HOTELS
Great deals on more than 1,200,000 hotels worldwide. Use filters to find your ideal accommodation: filter hotels by price, star rating, guest review score or payment option. You can also view hotel locations on the map.
BONUS POINTS
Booking via our Mobile App you earn more Bonus Points than booking via the website: 2% of the flight price and 5% of the hotel price. 1 Bonus Point = £1. You can pay up to 100% of your flight or hotel price with Bonus Points.
CUSTOMER PROFILE

Приложение не работает
Моих билетов в приложении нет, хотя на почту через которую я зашла они приходили. В чат с оператором войти не могу, после ввода почты просто все зависает. Позвонить из другой страны не могу. Получается безвыходная ситуация, никак я вами не связаться. Телефон свой ввожу в личные данные, тоже все зависает. Куда ни ткни, ничего не работает.

Бронирование отеля. X09821536523 заказ
Отель в Дубае поменять не смогли . Хотя в одной сети находился. Служба поддержки обещанная с вип менеджером не работает . Предложение сотруднику согласовать замену отеля с руководством проигнорированы !! Сервис ужасный. В чат отвечают через пол дня. Звонить нужно только на московский номер и из Дубая получается довольно дорого !!! X09821536523 заказ

Алекс, здравствуйте! Мы видим, что коллеги ответили вам в чате приложения спустя час после того, как получили ваш запрос - им потребовалось время, чтобы уточнить информацию. Увы, замена отеля (даже в рамках одной сети) технически ограничена, о чем специалисты и сообщили вам в ответном сообщении. Они так же проинформировали вас о правилах выбранного вами тарифа (невозвратного) в случае, если бронирование для вас не актуально.
