Fast and smooth experience
Not gonna lie it is faster to shop from the app instead of the play station.
Frustrating
The app is looking okay, but then you start to notice - no chat option, no support within the app, it always redirects you to the website which is soooo irritating. Basically use it only to turn on your console from a distance and check your achievements, nothing more. For 10+ years I have been 10/10 both hands for PS and for the past few days when I actually have a problem that needs to be resolved, I see that nothing can help me, not the app, not the chat, not the website.
Do a landscape mode for iPad
Great overhaul of the app, but please do a landscape mode for iPad Pro. I use keyboard case for iPad, and barely use it in portrait mode. Otherwise amazing job on the new look and functionalities of the app. Thanks
