How does the Promova Premium work:
We are offering monthly, 6-month, and annual subscription plans. Currently, a 7-day free trial is available for an annual Premium subscription only. If you are happy with the features Promova offers, after this period, you will be automatically charged the full price of the chosen Premium plan, which was indicated on a payment screen during checkout.
If you want to cancel the free trial or your current Premium subscription, please make sure to do this at least 24 hours before the end of the current payment period. Otherwise, you will automatically be charged a price according to a chosen Premium plan. To manage your subscription, please go to the AppleID Account Settings. Please keep in mind that deleting the app does not cancel your subscription.
Also, please pay attention that Promova has both mobile and web versions that are connected. Therefore, if you purchased the subscription on the web, and you do not see the current subscription in your Apple ID Account Settings, please go to your Promova's Account (mobile or web version) > My purchases > Payments & subscriptions > Cancel subscription.
When a subscription is canceled, access to the app's courses and features will expire at the end of the current payment period.

Version 6.20.0
When learning a language can save someone’s life.
On the occasion of National American Sign Language (ASL) Day, Promova launches a free ASL course.
The course consists of 12 bite-sized lessons that cover some basics of ASL (greetings, expressing gratitude, and ordering food and drinks). Additionally, it includes essential signs for communicating in emergency situations, such as asking for help, warning about fire, and expressing the need to call emergency services.
In critical moments, knowing even a few ASL signs could be the difference between life and death – for instance, alerting deaf individuals, especially those without hearing aids, to important information like a fire alarm or the sound of gunfire.
Completing the beginner level of this course takes less than an hour, but the impact knowing those signs can have is truly priceless.
With the current update, the ASL course is available for free for all our learners. To access it, open the list of available courses and scroll down. The course materials are provided with explanations in English.

Fake BF offer, bye Promova
I am very disappointed with the fraudulent Black Friday offer and the Promova in general. I got an email saying I can buy a yearly subscription at a discounted price, and I see a big ad in the AppStore, but when I open the app the only option is to buy a regular price subscription and there's no discount anywhere. Quite unfair to their existing users. It's a good thing I'm on a monthly subscription because I'm stopping it and will be looking for another alternative in the next year. I am extremely disappointed in how this company tries to do basic marketing tricks to us.

Payment
I am very disappointed. I paid for 7 days and had to write an email so that they would not withdraw money for a monthly subscription. In response to the email, I was assured that the subscription was canceled, as I wrote the email within 24 hours after the first payment. Today, however, money was withdrawn for a monthly subscription, which I had allegedly stopped. Scammers!
