QModo AI’s mobile app is an AI powered, content aggregation, and decision support solution for the facilities management and equipment maintenance markets to empower “Facility Knowledge Management”. Effective facility and equipment management depends on the aggregation of many disparate data sources including the capture of institutional knowledge. Turning that information into actionable knowledge is the challenge facing every facility manager and field technician today. QModo solves this challenge with the first Facility Knowledge Management platform ever developed. Think “Alexa” or Google Home for service technicians.

Our app is specifically designed for field engineers, technicians, maintenance personnel, and anyone within the organization requiring access. Available on iPhones and iPads, QModo provides essential support in routine tasks throughout the typical work day as well. Our platform will increase productivity, reduce escalations due to improper work, improve overall competency, facilitate information and expertise exchange, while developing technician and field personnel confidence and professionalism.

The app provides secure user access based on roles and responsibilities, allows customers to grant access to other staff, manufacturer reps, guests, and first responders to utilize appropriate content to solve issues. Empowering others with “how to” knowledge decreases unnecessary calls to resolve maintenance issues. This daily increase in overall productivity provides hours of time dramatically reducing overall costs.
