Works as expected! If an issue occurs, the support team is very responsive and helpful.
Problem with ringtone IOS
Despite the app has an option for a custom ringtone that was working for the past years - the last almost 2 months it is impossible to change the default alarm ringtone!
I use the app every day for the past more than six years with no major issues, but currently it has this major bug that continues for more then a month and it appeared without any changes made by me (reinstalling etc the app).
When using more than one device it is important to be able recognize which one is sending an alarm etc, so the easiest way to do it is by changing the ringtone of each one of the devices. No matter what I tried, changing tones from the app, changing types of notifications, channels etc the app keeps on sending notifications with the same default annoying alarm sound for all the devices I use.

Stopped working
After the latest upgrade it stopped working. App cannot start on iOS 12.4.5 / iPhone 6
