Does a decent job when it works

After whole map cleaning the robot gets to the base, it cleans itself up and it start drying. The app continues to chow that the robot is still cleaning. Even after days os sitting idle and even after you restart the base from the wall plug and leave it off for more than a minute. The only way to reset this state is to make the robot go out of the base and then go back in it. Only then you the app shows correct status and allows you to issue a new cleaning command. If you press the button on the robot to do a full cleanup it acts accordingly. There is no way to command the device via the app when your Internet connection is down. None of these pesky developers have learned to make the communication between the app and the robot direct in the LAN and properly support multicast and IPv6. It is a joke. My service goes down because of a storm or other natural disaster and then I cannot tell the robot to go and cleanup by mopping twice. Nor spot cleaning nor nothing other than whole map 1 time moping.
There is also no way to look for support and provide feedback on your products neither in the app nor in the web site. TO DEVELOPERS: make this app offline first and the best way is to use proper multicast address where the robot listens too and the app is querying for. Educate yourself and stop collecting my private usage of your products as your only goal. Enough is enough.
