Last update really bad
With the last update my app is lagging and freezing all the time. I just can’t use it. No words!
Unacceptable
It used to be a good app, until the December 2019 update. After that, it has become so unreliable and slow that it practically unusable. And after so many months and updates, still is
like that, as it is reported by thousands of users. Why can't you Ryanair get to the bottom of the issue and fix the crap? Or is this a disgruntled developer who left a timebomb behind?
So disappointed ☹️
Long story short - awful customer service (not the app, rather the company itself).
I spent time to provide a detailed and constructive feedback on an issue and received a rejection template. They didn’t even bothered to reply to me personally!
More than 30 people missed their flight due to airport problems, the plane left without waiting or information.
Always some issues flying with Ryanair. Saving few $ doesn’t worth flying with them!
