I’ve been using it for 2 months, it is the easiest thing ever. You reserve the scooter, unlock it and everything is set and ready, and you are good to go. Just remember to stop the session at the end so you don’t pay more than you needed. If I could put 10 starts for the app, I would do it!

I used the app, uploaded all docs, got approved. Started a scoot which died and the app wasn’t responsive. I was charged for a full day usage, the support was terrible bad, trying to convince me they were looking to get in touch with me. I do use any kind of share electric services. This one is the worse ever experience. I am still waiting for my refund.

Zero instructions on how to use the scooter after unlock…Don’t waste your time and money, use the better and safer service -Spark!!!
