I could not proof my address, so I closed my account!
Ridiculous customer service. My account and transactions got paused. The issue was my address could not be proved. I tried several times to provide my ID card and utility Bills and reach customer service. The problem was my utility bill as I am not the owner of the apartment, the name of my utility bill is the other owner. The customer service specifically Ruby did her best to make Stripe Company look as ridiculous as they could. Bye, stripe! You lost paying customer!!!
