Very convenient for making appointments
I can book procedures anytime during the day just in few clicks. Reminders sent by email are helpful.
Not user friendly
There is no easy way to change an appointment apart from cancelling it. I booked with a new salon to do nails and I called them to ask, as i saw that they had something different to book if you wanted designs on your nails. They told me that the girl who does designs isn’t working on the day I booked, so I cancelled and rescheduled. I then wanted to actually change my appointment for the next day and the only option was to cancel and reschedule and at that point Studio 24 blocked my profile.
Assuming that my reservation was lost, I went to another salon that doesn’t operate through the app. Today I received an email from studio 24 that I still have my appointment for tomorrow and there is no way for me to even cancel it, because my account is blocked! I called their customer support team as they explain in their blocking email, and no one picks up. Quite frankly I’m not interested in keeping an account with such a lousy design.
