Good so far
Hello developers. I was wondering why you give feedback only to the 5 stars rating reviews and not to the bad ones. Please try to give a feedbacks to this reviews as well so we could understand does the issues has been resolved or not. Otherwise the app is looking OK.
Payment methods
The app is okay. Used it several times, however there are minor differences where the driver expect us and where we wait. In the last run the driver passed us and we had to give him a sign to stop. Once they stopped wasn’t sure if we are the right people. The ridiculous thing comes when you link your credit/debit card to the app. I find it nearly impossible to unlink it now. There is no option to unlink it yourself at all. It takes ages to get a response back when u contact the customer service team, and when u do they keep asking you why do u want to unlink ur card, and wont do it if you do not give them an exact answer. Few days so far dealing with this and my card is still linked to the app. 0 customer service. 1 star from me and still waiting to have my issue resolved!
Poor customer service
I’ve been using Taxi Me for over two years already. So far I’ve been happy with the service provided. In the recent weeks I’ve noticed huge decrease in customer service mainly because I’ve chosen the option to have a pet with me.
I’ve had a few drivers cancel the order on premises because of application malfunction. It doesn’t notify them and that creates issues for both parties.
I’m deeply disappointed with the service provided and will definitely use another application from now on.
