Customer service should be improved.

Customer service is not the greatest. In the app sometimes there is Chat with us section, sometimes it is missing and only Contact form is available. Chat history with customer support is lost when you close the app.

Developer Response ,

Thanks for reviewing us!

We have made a lot of improvements since you left the review 3 years ago. The chat is available 24/7, and we also have an AI chatbot to complement our agents and assist them. You can also view past chats or continue your conversation in the same chat window, even if you close the app.

We'll be happy if you update your review and share your recent thoughts about the app. It's our aim to constantly improve, and we'd love to hear your feedback.

I’m confused

The app is great … on the phone! Oddly enough on the tablet it is totally different app in a bad way! Less stats, less information, less everything no social … I kinda expected to be the opposite. If it was exactly the same app as it is on the phone I would have been using my iPad far more. Pls just let it be the same on both devices by scraping the iPad version!
Update. Ok. I was thinking about that. In other words what I am missing in both phone and tablet versions. It’s multi currency wallet. There are plenty of stocks in several currencies, but every transaction is made and instantly converted to my home currency. That on itself makes trading more complex. The first few stocks I bought were a success, that turned into failure because the dollar plummeted. That would not have been the case if I could keep dollars in my app wallet regardless of the fact that $ is not my home currency. Then I could have picked better times to exchange or directly reinvest in USA stock. As it stands now the only option to check the exchange rate is do buy and before confirming the order, scroll down to look for the exchange rate. Very inconvenient and needlessly hard way to do something as simple as to check the exchange rate.

Thanks for reviewing us, Krasy!

We have made quite a lot of improvements since you initially left your review. The iPad app was fully reworked, and it now matches the iOS app's features. We have also introduced multi-currency accounts, allowing you to trade with any of the currencies we support and earn interest on them.

We greatly appreciate your feedback, and we hope you enjoy the new features. Let us know if you have any other suggestions by updating your review. We aim to get better with each update, and we'd love to hear more from you.

Not great user experience

Don’t use! Deposited a (relatively) small amount as a test. After a while I withdrew my entire funds to my bank account. My withdrawal instructions were overridden and part of my funds were sent to my bank account the rest to my card. I had to provide verification for my bank account (which was verified upon registration and visible in my profile lol) and after a week and two chats with customer support the funds sent to my card are still missing.

DON’T USE TRADING212 if you respect your savings. Go to a real broker like Interactive Brokers. I’m glad they failed on the first test before I transferred a larger chunk of my portfolio with them.

Developer Response ,

We regret to hear our services didn't meet your expectations.

While we understand your point, our system is set to balance deposits and withdrawals due to anti-money laundering precautions. We also have to ensure at all times that the information we have is up to date due to the regulations we follow. Once you submit a withdrawal request, it can take up to 3 business days for the funds to arrive in your bank account. If the timeframe has passed but the funds are still missing, we'll gladly provide an ARN, which your bank can use to track the transaction and assist further. Let us know if you have any other questions - we'll gladly assist and dispel any doubts you may have.
