There is a problem with the payment approval

When I pay online I do not receive notification for approving the transaction and I always have to choose the two passwords way. At the beginning it was working and now it doesn’t. Same on iPhone 8 and iPhone 13mini. Other things are great

3D secure bugs

The app automatically stops working if a transaction confirmation is required, the browser verification and static 3D secure pass window has a bug as well where it won't let you type in your password as there's no field as there are no scroll buttons so you cannot verify your identity and therefore cannot add your card to paypal, takeaway, crypto or any other app that requires 3D authentication which nowadays is every single app and therefore that issue renders UBB mobile almost completely useless, along with the card itself. Why would i need a card or a banking app that doesn't work? And when you contact the call centre they tell you that the issue doesn't come from their interface (of course) and advise you to try different browsers, clear cache and cookies and contact someone else. That someone else redirects you back to the bank as it's their authentication interface that's f-ed up, and the bank employees don't know what else to tell you because they're not tech support (which this app desperately needs as it's by far the worst banking app i've used). Spectacular service, really. Well done.

Bug to be fixed

Description: Cannot edit the “reason of transaction” (Описание) when repeating past transaction

Device: Reproduced on iPhone 7, version of iOS: 13.3

Prerequisites: Have at least one past transaction with entered “Reason of transaction” (Описание)

Steps to reproduce:
1. Find your past transaction and click on it;
2. From there, click the “Repeat” (Повтори превода) button;
3. Click on the “Reason of transaction” (Описание) field and try to edit it;

You cannot edit the already entered text. You have to erase its whole content and enter it all over again.
