Additional charges , disappointing service
The bike rental is a modern way of travel, nevertheless this service is way more expensive than public transport ( especially for city visitor/ short -term rentals). Extremely disappointing is the support service as in case there is a bad anchoring or anything, you will be charged with substantial amount. Though mistakes can happen, either human or software, all the expenses are put on the customer bill with explanation that it is their responsibility to make different checks and verifications and to ensure everything is alright. Extremely disappointing!
