Great service
I love shopping for my cat here. My only suggestion is for you to show clearly what products are available and which are not so I don’t have to go back and guess what I have to delete from my basket when I have been shopping for some time and I am ready to pay.
Payment
It’s unbelievably inconvenient for me to have to switch several payment options in order to succeed to finalize my payment. More than one time I’ve tried to pay with my credit card and it was never successful. Fix your website please, over the years that I’ve been your client it’s becoming more and more inconvenient for me to use your services! Instead of becoming better you’re increasing the prices, not working on different payment methods or delivery options. Cheaper packaging for the dry food, smaller amounts, quality has decreased. I do understand that you need to earn money for your services but we are talking about the well-being of people’s pets and it’s not right to benefit from something that’s actually harming living beings! I will consider you as a last resort for future purchases. Extremely disappointed!

The app is working a bit slow. Should be made easier to select the products.
