1. 可在多種平台檢視、編輯、簽署合約內容。
2. 簽署合約時，透過前置鏡頭以及觸控螢幕，錄下簽署人的影像以及簽署手勢、軌跡，更完整表達簽署人的簽署意願，同時也提升簽署的不可否認性。
3. 簽署文件之保護機制符合 ETSI - XAdES-T 電子簽章之規範，用來保護文件內容不可竄改。
4. 可多人傳簽，並檢視文件的簽署狀態。
