Delivery issue
All good, only one issue, the delivery always late
Highly disappointed
I have been ordering from 6th street from quite some time but recently I ordered shoes from adidas and i ordered the wrong size. I requested for a refund the same day the shoes got delivered. It was been now 2 weeks and the request is still on pending and they don't respond on emails and also I've been calling almost everyday and still no respond. Ive sent so many emails and they dont even have the courtesy to even reply properly to discuss the matter.
They clearly mention a return policy. But they’re not responding on the return at all.
Im highly disappointing by 6th street application and i dont think ill be ordering from them again.
Complaint about my order
I’ve been complaining about the refund in WhatsApp but nobody is replying I’ve been waiting for the refund for about 2 weeks and still I didn’t receive it this is the worst online shopping app I experienced first of all I ordered and after I confirmed my order they cancelled it and now you don’t give me my money back.
