I’ve only ever used the app for tracking online shopping packages, and would say it works quite well. The app automatically linked my purchases made on retail sites to my account; so I didn’t have to copy a tracking number or anything.
As the shipment updates on the Aramex system, it will show up on your app so you have some idea of where in the process you are.
Overall, more convenient than using the website and you can set notifications so you don’t have to constantly check or refresh.

Although Aramex let’s know you in advance that they have received a package in your name for delivery, and ask you via Aramex Application to choose your preferred date & time for delivery, they still fail to keep up to the agreed time. For example, 3 days ago, I selected the morning window between 9am to 1pm (don’t digest this 4 hours long in a small island like Bahrain) for my package delivery. Despite this 4 hours time space, the Aramex Delivery man failed to meet his schedule and arrived at my door at 1:27pm, i,e., 27 minutes late while l was home since 9 am. An unnecessary waiting for 4 hour and 27 minutes. This is very unacceptable and an indicator of poor logistic planning.
Aramex must do proper audit of their operations with the aim of enhancing the service to improve the quality of Aramex courier service thus ensuring quality-driven customs service

I love this company! I’ve dealt with it many years ago and it’s still my best shipping company ever. I love the way they handle and deliver the shipments so fast, and their staff are so friendly.
For me they are the best and they do the job better!
