Trading app
The app is not stable and losses connectivity many times in a day. The password change is cumbersome and unnecessarily complicated and requires a change very frequently and recommend less frequent password changes. The commission compared to other international apps is very expensive. Calculating the profit or loss in closed sales does not give totals and date range searches. No easy excel extraction of trades .
Few points to consider
1- AUB trader has only one portfolio were as other platforms have more than one portfolio under the same account.
2- for any request from customer AUB need to go back to Mubaasher which takes a bit more time to get resolved.
3- AUB Trader has no Notifications whereas others like Mubasher has this option.
4- transferring money to the portfolio is not Straightforward, it can be easier.
