Comfortable Stay

Stayed on first night if Ramadan. Must commend Fahad, Hadi and Samir on their hospitality. We reached early morning at fajr time and the taxi guy left us on the road. The reception staff was very helpful and checked us in quickly so that we can leave for haram. Overall a good stay. Hotel is close to Haram but it’s still 7-8 mins walk and last 2 mins are in a steep hill. But it’s value for money. And the staff is very helpful.

From a personal experience, a very excellent hotel, very clean and comfortable, and the treatment of the staff in it is more than wonderful
We came on the first day, four hours before the appointment, and they opened the room for us and received us without any charge

My latest experience with booking

No more trust with booking , first they take money from my card after that they send hotel refuse stay we will refund money , and refund usually take 5 to 7 days I asked them to use this money to pay to anther hotel but they said it is the hotel mistake, every call take me 1 hour , every time they say wait wait , later I use money in wallet to book hotel. In app it show me all tax include and i have to pay the amount deduct the money in wallet . But the hotel didn't receive the discount and I contact them they made me wait for 45 minutes withe any solution.
