A Converter

I was shocked like everyone when I woke up one day to see that Talabat (T) took over Carriage (C). It was sad to see the merge, cause I had never had any good experience with T, while I was enjoying every single order that I placed through the elegant App of C, the restaurants variations are amazing, the tracking service is accurate (never mind the disturbing call of the drivers every time they are by the door). To my surprise, I found out today that the restaurants list is back to normal, but not the quick update on the tracking system. The App still needs to work on its tracking feature. It doesn’t get updated as it should. So u have no clue if the restaurant has received the order.
But in general, the App. and the service is getting better. Good job.

Areas of access

I am very disappointed for the changes in the app and the reduction of restaurant assign to the area I am living.
The hole ice of ordering online is supposed to be able to have access to restaurants enough far from your residence that is makes no news to take the car and spent 1-2h on the road.
But this is not possible now.
Before I can access to restaurants in Saar, Muharraq or Adliya or Seef. Now not even Aali. What for I need restaurants close by only, for 5-10 min car I can go myself or order from them directly.

So far, everything I’ve experienced with this app is good; every order is perfectly on time. But some things are WAY more expensive than they are when you order them from the actual restaurant. Also, sometimes they don’t accept cash on delivery, which is a bummer because sometimes I crave monster cookies and I don’t use credit cards.
