I’m shopping with eBay, and I tried other app but I didn’t find better than this. I can see the items by real photos taken by the seller and It’s guarantee money back if my item not reached. Thanks for eBay and I’m always shopping from this app only.
It’s the worst online shopping
In the month of February 2018 ,I bought items on eBay ,paid my money and waited for shipment . Few weeks later I contacted eBay with regards my shipment, and they opened a dispute with the seller ( in England ) , and she asked me to close the dispute after telling me that the courier has had delays due to weather , and to be patient and wait for the weather to improve ( during this time , I had received couple of shipments outside eBay from England without any delays . Few more weeks later, still didn’t receive my shipment ,and the seller said she can’t help out once the shipment is with courier . When I contacted eBay to update them with my case , I found out that my order in my eBay has lost its ( item number) which means without it , I can’t finish the process of contacting them. And now it has been more than three months and NO SHIPMENT. Also in CONTACT icon, there isn’t an option that allows you to file a complaint about a seller . One HAS TO HAVE ( ITEM NUMBER) .
