Initially had to call support for approving registration request. Registration was smooth then after and disbursed the amount to account within few minutes.

I’ve had a terrible experience with this app. My account was permanently disabled over a year ago after I submitted my bank statement for verification. Despite providing valid and accurate documentation, they rejected it without any clear explanation. Shortly after, they disabled my account permanently, leaving me with no access and no resolution.I tried to contact support multiple times, but there was no transparency, no meaningful response, and no option to appeal the decision. It’s extremely frustrating and disappointing to be treated this way, especially after being a legitimate user.It’s been over a year, and I still haven’t been able to recover my account or get a proper explanation. I would advise anyone considering this app to be cautious – their support system is unhelpful and their account handling process lacks fairness and accountability.

It took the application 45 mins to approve my KYC and then took 12 hours to reject my application. Also, customer service is really bad, I called several times and then request an auto call back, they called me after 10 hours!!!!!!. I have no problem with such slow bad service which we are used too in the region, but please to market that you are super spreed app if you are not. The excuse was that if you have an account with NBB then your service will be approved in 6mins. I still don’t understand the logic my only NBB. If the is the case, I will use NBB app and I know at least in advance, that the application will be processed within one week. One thing I really hate, is misleading clients. Even the response on the reviews are so standard and don’t even address the problem. I would really suggest to close this app

I paid everything and i just need them to close it on their system coz it’s showing in the report from the bank that it’s still active. I paid it yesterday and called them right away to close it on their end and until now, it’s still active. If you are delayed in paying for a day they will call you nonstop but if you paid and wanted them to close it, they cannot do it real time. So sad it was good at first and after paying everything, i had the worst experience.
