Ratings and Reviews
App crashes
The app seems crashed, i cant log in to my account via app , says successfully logged in but no changes. Also payments get failed after otp entering ( fail to process, bank says no attempt of transaction).
Dont know the problem, wish to get the issue fixed as soon as possible, i love the airline and a silver member , dont want to book another airline company because of these issues.
Earlier it was very comfortable to book via app at any time as similar to other airline app.
Hope soon it will be fixed
Bad user experience
Honestly, I haven’t seen such kind of user experience in my life. My words might be bit hard to take but the user experience is pathetic. There are fields which are not required and still receive an error if you skip those fields. The UI and layout is very bad. Airline like gulf air shouldn’t have such kind of application and neither their customer expect this.I would strongly recommend to either release the updated version or take off this app.
Very Bad App
I have been trying to log into my account on the app, and numerous times have changed password and each time it says incorrect password. The tickets I purchase and flights I take don’t add up on my account miles either. What is the use at this point?
