Confusing app
As a user its confusing to use and unfair when it comes to the clarity of payment regulations.
Started with 70bd worth of item and it declined
Secondly an item worth of 10 bd and it also declined not mention preventing me from any transaction for three months.
They say that i should start with something smaller so i could build up some credit with them, but what is the minimum requirement? They have no idea what so ever. And you know why? Because its an Ai integrated system in which it chooses whom to trust and whom not to.
Any transaction feels like gambling, its 50/50 percent chance either you get what you want or get banned fro 3 days, months, and most probably years.
Support agents are amazing, however they are more confused than us as users.
A bad experience, it felt like i am dealing with an indie developers, the system regulations are built just to solve one problem that they faced back when they started and now it feels as if they gaslighting other issues just for the sake of not having to deal with it.
BUG: Unable to update Personal Information
Since the last update there has been a bug where I cannot update my personal information and for a weird reason without me ever editing it since first using the app my name is spelt wrong and there is an extra digit to my ID and it won’t slow me to update it also the Date of Birth is completely greyed out and inaccessible. Thus I’m unable to purchase anything through tabby.
