1. How to collect points?
It is simple, just produce your card at the time of your purchase, the cashier will scan your card and complete the billing. The points will be credited to your card immediately. Please note that the points cannot be collected for Cigarettes and Telephone cards.

2. How many points do you collect for your purchase?
You will get 1 point for every AED 5 purchase.

3. How and when to get your vouchers? (Redemption of points)
- You can redeem your points to get the voucher on the basis of the above qualification criteria.
- Redemption of points for a voucher is possible at any time from the INAAM kiosk or the customer service Desk (CSD).
- Once you redeem your points for vouchers, equivalent points will be deducted from your total points available as of that date.

Bad attitude from the butchery section

NESTO Busaiteen branch, The chicken butcher in the chicken butchery section when we asked him if you can debone the chicken he didn't want to answer buy after repeating the question he said yes but it will take much time, and then when we returned to take the chicken after sometime he didn’t even start in doing it and asked us to wait and he will make it.

Also he refused to give 500. Grams of ground chicken stating that it is small amount and will stuck in the machine.

Incident timing 7:30 pm, incident date is 24th of May 2024.
