Instagram 12+

I’m giving this excellent app a single star because of how annoying "reels" is, whenever a video shows up on my feed and I get the option "watch more reels" the video STARTS OVER which is extremely annoying. Either remove reels or let the video continue playing after "watch more reels" suggestion or the video shouldn’t start over once I press watch reels option. Pls devs, pls. We know you can do better.

I have recently started a business account on this platform with high hopes since I have been using it as a regular user since 2012.
I see it as an opportunity for people with business, small or big, to share their products on this broad platform and introduce their business out there, of course they will have to pay money to increase the number visits, however, they will also have to use other Instagram features such as following local accounts to reach as broad audience as possible.
Since the last 2-3 weeks I have been facing this issue and have contacted the support team many many MANY times, even tagged Instagram’s official account a few times on my Instagram story with the screenshot of Restrictions Messeges. Unfortunately, I have gotten NO response so far. And believe it or not, during these three weeks my profile visits have significantly decreased from 1.5K to around 400! Three weeks! I have even started promoting my posts just to increase the profile visits.
Again, just this morning I reported the same issue and it’s night time now and still no action has been taken yet to solve this issue. Couldn’t be more disappointed.

Instagram has recently and selectively keeps some inbox messages appear as if they are not-read! You open the message, read it, close it ... but it remains in bold as if it is not read! This is pretty annoying as the only way to get this sorted out is to open the message, swipe up softly and that’s it! Why is this happening? I don’t know.

Furthermore, when will you start detecting and blocking those those people who wants to build a big number of followers. They add you for an hour or so to add them back and then they unfollow so that they appear with a strong followers base while they follow only very few! Please add a report option for these types of people!
