Really like everything about this app and customer service are so helpful the only issue i do have that "insta point" seems useless also I wished if you can add to cart from different devices for the same shop

Convenient but most things are out of stock
It's convenient to have things delivered so quickly and not have to go out. However, the inventory system is a bit hit or miss with many items that aren't available. This becomes even more of a hassle when they charge even before checking to see if the items are in stock and have to give refunds. The "replacement" feature is often not a good solution as those items are out of stock as well so will just be removed. Consequently, left with an order with missing products as it's then too late to add any items. It is great though when the preparer takes the time to call to offer solutions. Those are the superstars.

Worst company, never buy from them & don’t download their app
Instashop is cheater n they steal money from customer’s, one of their driver took extra money from me & in return Instashop gave me instapoints which I can only use in the shop where they want us too, n not where we want later when I told them that instead of ur instapoints return my cash back so they say it’s been 5 days n they can’t return my cash I mean such awful service, if u have any such condition that I can’t use ur instapoints on selected places u shld have told me that before while crediting points to me & now u guys are saying that it’s been 5 days n u can’t do anything bloody cheaters & worst service ever, never buy from them they will thug u too😡
