Beneficiary details
The app is useful. However, for transferring please add an option to edit your saved beneficiary details/delete it. It’s troublesome as you cannot add the same details again if you accidentally entered wrong details - it will show you that you already have this beneficiary details entered.
Relatively complicated
In comparison to other bank apps in Bahrain, it is unnecessarily complicated!
I downloaded this app it few years ago and deleted it, and again today, I did the same!
After completing all the process of creating a new account, I discovered that it had none of my banck account information and I had to repeat the steps all over again! Besides, the platform is no user friendly, if you are using ur phone, it doesn’t show all the characters that u r typing!
There are plenty of user-friendly and secure bank apps in Bahrain, check them and you might learn something!
Good start
From what I’ve seen the UI transitions are choppy. But most importantly, if you purchased anything online using another currency it doesn’t convert it BHD if you click on it for details and only shows the same amount with BHD next to it.
I look forward to see how this app improves over time.
