Charging 2X for Subscription and not activaging my TFC

I was charge again even my subscription still not finish and they deducted already on my master card. And sadly they did not even activated my TFC and i cannot watch anything need to subscribe but if i click the subscribe bottom its says that i have already active subscription. I send emails to apple to report on this but no response. My first subscription paid from 20 aug until 20 sept then i was charge again for another subscription from 5 sept until 5 oct. and my tfc was not activated after they deducted payment on my card. I am very dissappointed on this.
