Unfortunately very disrespectful service
Was one of my favorite applications to order .. but after having an issue with bringing the wrong order .. and after waiting for very long times to get an answer from the customer service .. Jahez team called back to confirm the issue reported to them .. and they actually hang up the phone on our face and had a very bad attitude.. I highly recommend to avoid using this application.. and even if they have cheap delivery.. the professional service is a must .. I personally will pay a bit more for a delivery and get a respectful treatment
Bad Customer Service
very very bad customer service. i got a can of pepsi from “Tosh Toshin Kitchen” and on the top of the can was some white disgusting stuff. i called customer service they asked me to send pictures on whatsapp. i did and they replied with, “so what is the problem sister?” i replied saying the problem is (even tho it is clear in the picture) that there is some nasty stuff on my pepsi can. one hour later and no reply. i made sure to tell them that i will be writing a thorough review about their bad customer service.
