Slow data
When I first heard about Jawwy and their services I was very impressed with the packages and the prices. I thought it was very convenient specially that you can customize your own package according to your needs. Also the SIM delivery was so fast and honestly its very rare to find companies who offer to deliver your SIM to your doorstep without charging delivery fees. However, two months in I noticed that the service is very slow and it takes forever to load or sometimes does not even load. Also the application is not user friendly, I think it can definitely be improved. I hope you work on improving your services in the future :)
