Not satisfied
Worst app i every try. Ride fare was 2 time of what initially show. Did not have any system to report driver. Will not recommend to anyone. I want to report the drive but the function is not working. App is poorly designed as i am not able to find customer support services any where in the app.

The app does not care about you!
I keep contacting the customer service for issues I had with the ride and they reply back with “what ride?” all the time although I report the ride specifically. The bad drivers seem to enjoy it because they never follow the app policies!
