All the access permissions requested are optional access permission, so even if you do not allow them, you can still use the app except for the related services. (Including OS Request Permissions such as "Siri & Search", "Notification", "Background App Refresh", and "Cellular Data")

- To find and connect to nearby Wi-Fi when registering the product.
- To set and save the home location in Manage Home
- To search for and use information about current locations, such as weather.
- To check your current location in the "Smart Routines" function.

- To take and attach photos in "1:1 Inquiry."
- To record and store purchase receipts when registering additional information about the product.

- To use the smartphone's storage when downloading the information of the product to be connected

Abc 123 criticize ,

Too complicated for an average user

The app lacks easy interface (my case a washing machine) furthermore the app has onboard diagnostics and maintenance but does not have instructions like what to do when (example) there is a bad smell coming of the washing machine after use like rotten clothes in water.

I really like the customer service and the product along with the app updates as it show how much they care about their products to be better for humans.

Annoying at best

Looses connection to tv every time u switch apps, doesn’t work every time have to close the app then open again and it connect fine but also looses connection while using it too

App doesn’t do much other that use it as a remote, would be nice to see tv options as well not just selecting inputs but also controlling audio output options and other menu settings would be great

Overall pretty basic app
