Does what needs to be done
Make it better. Needs a new design, its lagging and some functions sometimes do not work at all.
The worst ordering app ever
McDonalds by far defeats all other ordering apps by giving the worst experience and unreliable behavior. You have to login twice once for the app and again for the delivery. When I tried to add an address it asked me to create a new account while I’m logged in!!! Had to terminate the App and add the address again then it worked.
In the checkout page I minimized the app to copy my credit card number. When back my order was cleared and I have to reorder again!!!!
What is strange McDelivery is just a site inside the App. Why can’t they just make it a normal native app for a company of this size.
Disappointing User Experience, Unreliable
My experience with the McDonald's app has been disappointing to say the least. The user interface is clunky and unintuitive, making it a hassle to navigate through the menu and place an order. Even worse, the supposed deals and promotions never seem to work as advertised. Every time I try to redeem a discount, I either encounter errors or find out that the offer doesn't apply to my order. It's a waste of time and effort. Save yourself the frustration and stick to ordering in person.
