Improvement is required
The order process is missing so many details, as the delivery time/ delivery charge which is showing in the last step. As you have to search for the delivery time even after confirming your order! And they do not stick to it anyway, they didn’t accept the order and it’s pending for 3 days!
As the customer service is not professional, when I reached out the first time to ask about the delivery duration they told me that they will contact the department to boost it, but she didn’t ask about any of the order details!
And the second time when I contacted them to cancel the order because there isn’t any cancellation button on the app! He canceled it without asking about the reason which shows the amount of care they have of their customers and improving their customer service and experience.
They need to work on it, as it is a nice Bahraini brand that has nice products but needs to improve so they could compete in the market.
App quality
I really like this company and it’s products. However, the app is so cheap and it continues to crash every time I enter.
