Description
Мій Колумбус is a program that will allow you to easily manage the services of the Internet provider Columbus:
- CONNECTION. You can use the application to connect wired Internet access services in Ternopil, Ternopilskyi and Khmelnytskyi regions, Chervonograd, Lvivskyi region and Volodymyr, Volynskyi region. Also, the application will allow you to easily restore the operation of services under a contract that was terminated or stopped;
- NEWS. The application will allow you to quickly monitor and not miss all important news and promotional offers of the company that concern you or your current connection;
- FINANCE. You will be able to view the status of your personal account, payment history for the selected period, make online payment for services, activate the credit period;
- SUPPORT. The application will provide a secure communication channel with technical support to solve all possible problems with the connection of services;
- NOTICE. You will have the opportunity to receive notifications about important information and unforeseen circumstances on the provider's networks, which means that you can better plan your personal time and efforts.
