Ratings and Reviews
Crashes and always “titles aren’t ready”
Since the last update the app just keeps crashing and when I click on the movies it says “title cant be played instantly. Try another title”. I’ve kept it open for more than 10mins and when I open one it’s the same. Plus when I’m watching and would go to my email or other app usually it’s playing picture on picture or minimized, it does but when I click the full screen mode it crashes and I’m logged out again and everything can’t be played. Please fix this bug. It’s really inconvenient and it’s a hassle.
Netflix issues
Netflix is very good but you should add more shows like Steven universe, full house, attaway general, chicken girls, etc. The point is that most shows that people really love are not available on Netflix and some don’t have all seasons or episodes and it would be really great if you add some more shows that people love. And also why does an error always happen, sometimes I don’t watch Netflix but still pay and I think you should fix that problem.
Subtitles size don’t change
I used to watch Netflix using subtitles customized by my own (ipad) device from the “subtitles and captioning” section in the settings. Now suddenly, the size of the subtitles increased dramatically! I can still customize some of the subtitles features like color, font, highlighting..... However, I can’t change its size at all, even though it is customized in my settings as small, it appears very large. And when I tried change it to large in my settings, the size didn’t change in the app either, please, fix it as soon as possible, I can’t use Netflix at all this way, the subtitles are WAY too large.
