Ok but
If you want to withdraw your money you will wait forever. Reminding every day and getting no answer. They don't deliver during 6 hours. It is not true
Their only advantage is lowest price in country. I can afford paying more but getting better withdrawal options and communication.
Worst. Avoid, very unprofessional
Ordered a SCHEDULED order, called half an hour prior to make sure the pick up would be timely and suggested that if it wouldn’t be, I would place an instant order instead but was assured that it would be on time. Pick up was AN HOUR late. Driver very unprofessional. Customers service HUNG UP THE PHONE on me TWICE! All because I wouldn’t accept their lie that my order would be there on time and that the 50 minute drive would magically turn to 15 minutes. Never in my life have I encountered such unprofessional service, AVOID.
Apps needs marketing promotion
The app is good & convenient but I’d suggest the team to do more marketing promotions via instagram Facebook etc because not many people are aware about oreem yet also would recommend the riders/drivers to be more in contact with the customer for smooth delivery interactions.
