Food portion
I used to order truffle mushroom buff and share it with my friends. Yet, on Friday I ordered the same dish for breakfast (city center branch) with the cheddar cheese on the side, the portion was reduced and I was shocked about how small it was!
I asked 2 waiters if the portion is changed and both of them ignored me! I’m so dissatisfied with Paul which was my favourite restaurant for years and now you are not keeping the standards! The same issue I faced with the onion soup and also the taste of amaricano coffee has changed along with my fav hot chocolate!
So sad and disappointed!

Birthday Gift
I really disappointed when I went today your store to collect my Birthday Gift , the lady who was in the counter said that they stop to give the gift and there is some of other t&c which is not mentioned on the notification or your apps . I told her about that so she told me that I can complain here or I can go any other outlet and collect the gift, any how I’m totally unsatisfied with that staff but the manger who come and meet me was awesome person he talk to meIn professional manner and provide the gift without any argument.
