POINTS is a new rewards program for NBB’s customers based on their preferences and lifestyle to reward them for cards expenditure and other activities.

POINTS is a new rewards program for NBB’s customers based on their preferences and lifestyle to reward them for cards expenditure and other activities, allowing them to redeem their points through a number of redemption options.

NBB customers can login immediately to POINTS using their existing NBB Digital Banking credentials to be rewarded with points for different financial and non-financial activities, and will be rewarded for special occasions. They can also earn points collectively through a household account that the whole family can share that will accelerate the earning and redemption process for all household members.

POINTS rewards through 2 different points types;
1. Base points: points received on credit and prepaid card spending
2. Bonus points: points received on all other activities

How can I earn points on the “POINTS” Application?
1. Spend with NBB credit and prepaid cards
2. Apply and get your new NBB’s new credit card
3. Complete your profile to get rewarded on the next login
4. Respond to our surveys
5. And on more special occasions…

What can I redeem my points for?
1. Base Points:
a. Cashback Rewards: 100 Base Points are equivalent to BHD 1 (1% of the points value)

2. Bonus OR Base Points:
a. Enrol to raffles for a chance to win valuable items
b. Donate your points to charity

In addition to the access to many exclusive offers and promotions prepared just for you.

Raffles Disclaimer :
All raffles are monitored and the draws will be attended by a representative from the Bahraini’s Ministry of Industry, Commerce and Tourism.

Points members can buy unlimited raffle tickets using their Base or Bonus points for the announced raffle ticket value in points per ticket.

The winner will be announced and notified by email, SMS and an in-app notification right after the draw.

All raffles are sponsored and processed ONLY by the National Bank of Bahrain .
