Dear PUBG Admin, it has come to my mind that you rarely ban a clear cheater who uses clearly speed hack, magic bullet, no recoil, aim bot and even faced a hacker who i knocked but couldn’t kill because he used speed hack and the worst part is that he revived himself without any teammate, Seriously!!! you didn’t even ban his account when I reported the case.!!!!! Now, here comes my question that will annoy you: How come there were thousands of hackers in the game play with different types, but till today and after 14 seasons, no one was ever able to hack the UC credit to upgrade materials, weapons and kits ?!!!!!!! Isn’t this a huge suspicion for what you call maintaining fair play.

I can't understand how this game has such a strong protection for the UC ( Game money) and so weak protection for the most important thing in the game....the game itself and another Thing i would like to say maybe the customer support should be more helpful it's not fair I have an a account i play 14 seasons and the account has all my achievements and it will be gone from me forever because i get hacked In Facebook i know it will be my mistake I got hacked because i didn't protect my Facebook account and i link it with only one App but the game have the power to return my account if i have a evidence .... But the support are not very helpful.... And there is other thing..... In the first seasons of the game the frame rate effect will not effect that much in fight now if you have phone with (40) and your enemy has frame rate (90) it will be unfair much with a big different so basically If you are not rich enough to have a super phone there is no place for you in the game specifically if you are a old player and with all your skills and experience you will have a hard time with some average skills player because he has a better phone then you

Dear developers i have spend tons of money in this game since i started playing, before i use to play non stop and buying skins and all but now i have stopped and the biggest reason is PUBG MANAGEMENT Are not taking care of there customer's and there are tons of players using hacks to reach the top rank in few days and they r unable to detect of ban them on the other hand if a person have good source with pubg and if u will kill them ur id might get banned and after that PUBG management will not take action to retrieve the id they will ban on the base of reports … as i was playing since season2 in the mid of season 8 or 9 my friend was hacking and I didn’t knew that when i knew i stopped playing with him but what happened in the end my id was banned for violence even my clan leader and all sent them emails and all but they r not responding as if they don't care

As being part of pubg family i request u to take action and unban my old id and kindly reply
