When i try to buy a ps4 plus it says something went wrong

Basically i put in the debit card info and submit it, it keeps saying something went wrong etc

Wish you add payment via credit card

Your app helpful but most of downloaders wish you add pay by credit card option . you know some times we don't have balance in debit card😋
